When you're feeling fancy, make this easy, ruby-colored cocktail. The amaro adds a light hint of bitter to counter the sweetness in the Bai for a bubbly drink that's perfect whether you're celebrating the end of another week (TGIF!) or you're toasting with a significant other on Valentine's Day.
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce amaro (such as Averna or Cynar)
- Bai 5 Bubbles Bolivia Black Cherry
- 1cherry, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, and amaro. Shake, strain into a highball glass, and top with Bai 5 Bubbles. Garnish with cherry.
